The purpose of the self-care program is to support you to feel more at home in your body and life.
That is to have a circle of friendliness between your heart and soul, body and environment.
You have an important part to play in the cycles of life, which no one else can.
There are certain energies only you can hold and bring into your sphere of life. As well there are certain things only you can do for yourself.
I want to help you put constructive attention to the things only you can do for yourself. That way you can more easily let go of the expectations of others and your self. For example no one can digest your food for you. They can provide a meal for you, even cut it up and put it in your mouth, but only you can process it and eliminate what you don’t want. Even the most devoted mother, feeding her baby, cannot digest that milk for the baby.
On the other hand, you can’t carry everyone else around you on your back
Also, you will get in touch with your true needs and become more immune to the advertisers and politicians trying to stimulate and capture you with wants.
Please don’t make pain or sickness your prompt to finally care for yourself.
Value yourself and your future by investing in your wellbeing journey now by discovering the wonderful inherent resources you have within that support your wellbeing. Resources that can be accessed at any time with enough attention and nourishment.
The content is in the book Sustainable Wellbeing but as a different structure. I will add more of the content here as I am able.
They are called arcs of the spiral, because we need to be honing our wellbeing , going in and out of ourselves on a continuing basis. We can’t set and forget because we are living everchanging beings living in an ever-changing environment. You can be flexible with the time frame. One time it might be 12 days in a row, 12weeks to go deeper or it does not have to be an even time other cycles if you know a particular area needs more attention.
You can follow the suggested flow by yourself or with a circle of friends to explore these ideas and processes together, supporting each other to expand the collective wellbeing.
As well you can imagine me sitting next to you helping you create a safe, confidential space that you can reflect, rejoice, cry, scream, laugh or whatever you need. I will have your back with kindness and friendliness. To observe and celebrate you and the discovery, liberation, and radiation of your greater wellbeing capacity.
